The Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the Clubhouse. The meetings are open to all members of the Association. If you wish to attend a meeting, please contact a member of the Board ahead of time since space is limited.

The Board is made up of five members of the Scotts Mill community. Members of the Board are elected at the Association's annual meeting in March and serve for a two-year term. Terms are staggered to provide continuity from year to year, with two members elected in even years and three members elected in odd years. At least one Board member is a resident of Bungalow Park.

Board members are volunteers from the neighborhood; they are not compensated for their service.
