Scotts Mill and Bungalow Park are located off Apex-Barbecue Road in Apex, NC. The homes in Scotts Mill are based on several neo-classical designs, giving the neighborhood a refreshing mix of home styles. Scotts Mill includes over 500 single-family homes and Bungalow Park is planned to include 184 townhomes. The construction of Scotts Mill began in 1997 and is complete, while Bungalow Park is nearing completion.

The Home Owner's Board (HOA)

The board meet every second Thursday of the month. Please contact Omega (461-0102) if you would like to attend. Seating is limited. The ANNUAL Board meeting will be on March 24th at 7:00 pm.
The Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the Clubhouse. The meetings are open to all members of the Association. If you wish to attend a meeting, please contact a member of the Board ahead of time since space is limited. The Board is made up of five members of the Scotts Mill community. Members of the Board are elected at the Association's annual meeting in March and serve for a two-year term. Terms are staggered to provide continuity from year to year, with two members elected in even years and three members elected in odd years. At least one Board member is a resident of Bungalow Park.

Board members are volunteers from the neighborhood; they are not compensated for their service.
