Recreation Center
The Recreation Center is owned and operated by the Scotts Mill Homeowners Association. Membership fees are included in the annual assessment for residents of Scotts Mill and Bungalow Park. The fee for residents of the Green to join the Recreation Center is $340 for the May 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011 season. There is no initiation fee. Residents of the Green who wish to join the Recreation Center may download an application or request one from Omega Management (461-0102). Completed forms should be returned to Omega. For your convenience, here is a copy of this years renewal letter.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is available for renting by members of the Recreation Center. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.If you are interested in renting the clubhouse, you can check clubhouse availability using the Clubhouse Reservation Calendar. If the clubhouse is available, contact Omega Management to secure your reservation. Omega (461-0102) keeps a paper calendar that is the most up to date, so call to ensure the date on the website calendar is still available. Copies of the Clubhouse Rental Guidelines, Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist, and Clubhouse Rental Reservation Contract are available on-line or can be requested from Omega or downloaded from the links below:
